NON À LA CRÉATION D'UN CENTRE D'ACCEUIL POUR MIGRANTS À SCHAERBEEK!

FR: L’incapacité de l’Etat fédéral est encore mise en avant. Après la crise sanitaire, les problèmes de gouvernement, c'est sa capacité à accueillir les demandeurs d’asile qui est défaillante. Et comme pour tous les problèmes engendrés par l'état, c'est au citoyen d'en payer le prix. Le déménagement envisagé du centre d'accueil "Petit-Château" vers la friche située Rue Colonel Bourg à Schaerbeek en est encore un exemple. Nous ne devons pas payer afin de devoir compenser le fait que la politique migratoire du pays soit mal gérée !!

Cette relocalisation porterait un grand préjudice à la redynamisation envisagée de cette zone de Schaerbeek avec le développement de mediapark et la nouvelle entrée de ville E40. En plus d’être en totale inadéquation avec le caractère résidentiel de cette zone de Schaerbeek, de son impact écologique important en construisant sur des espaces verts, ce centre apporterait de plus un grand nombre d’ennuis pour les riverains : délinquance, insalubrité et insécurité (comme c’est déjà le cas sur le site actuel dans le centre de Bruxelles). Ces problèmes seront seulement déplacés et ne pourront être évités nous en sommes tous certains. Une remise en question structurelle de la gestion du flux migratoire et de ses procédures doit être opérée afin d’assurer au mieux une pérennité du système dans le temps. 

Ces pour ces raisons que nous nous opposons fermement à la potentielle construction d'un centre d'accueil pour demandeur d'asile sur la commune de Schaerbeek et soutenons Madame la Bourgmestre Cécile Jodogne dans cette démarche.

NL: Het onvermogen van de federale staat wordt eens te meer in de verf gezet, na de gezondheidscrisis, de problemen van de overheid, is het zijn vermogen om asielzoekers op te vangen dat het laat afweten. En zoals met alle problemen die door de staat worden veroorzaakt, is het de burger die de prijs betaalt. De geplande verhuizing van het opvangcentrum "klein kasteeltje” (Petit-Château) naar het braakliggende terrein in de Kolonel Bourgstraat in Schaarbeek is een ander voorbeeld. We willen niet betalen om te compenseren voor het feit dat het migratiebeleid van het land slecht beheerd word!

Deze verplaatsing zou zeer nadelig zijn voor de geplande heropleving van dit deel van Schaarbeek met de ontwikkeling van het mediapark en de nieuwe E40-stadstoegang. Afgezien van het feit dat dit centrum totaal ongeschikt is voor het residentiële karakter van deze wijk van Schaarbeek en de belangrijke ecologische impact ervan door het bebouwen van groene ruimten, zou het ook een groot aantal problemen voor de omwonenden met zich meebrengen: delinquentie, onzindelijkheid en onveiligheid (zoals reeds het geval is op de huidige site in het centrum van Brussel). Deze problemen zullen alleen maar verplaatst worden en kunnen niet vermeden worden, daar zijn wij allen zeker van. Het beheer van de migratiestromen en de procedures daarvoor moeten structureel ter discussie worden gesteld om de duurzaamheid van het systeem op termijn te waarborgen.

Om deze redenen zijn wij fel gekant tegen de eventuele bouw van een opvangcentrum voor asielzoekers in de gemeente Schaarbeek en steunen wij het standpunt van mevrouw Cécile Jodogne, burgemeester van Schaarbeek.

The planned move of the "Petit-Château" welcome center to the wasteland located Rue Colonel Bourg in Schaerbeek is yet another example. We must not pay in order to have to compensate for the fact that the migration policy of the country is badly managed!!

This relocation would be detrimental to the planned revitalization of this area of ​​Schaerbeek with the development of mediapark and the new E40 city entrance. In addition to being totally unsuited to the residential character of this area of ​​Schaerbeek, its significant ecological impact by building on green spaces, this center would also bring a large number of problems for local residents: crime, unsanitary conditions and insecurity (as is already the case on the current site in the center of Brussels). These problems will only be moved and cannot be avoided, we are all certain of that. A structural questioning of the management of the migratory flow and its procedures must be carried out in order to best ensure the sustainability of the system over time.

It is for these reasons that we strongly oppose the potential construction of a reception center for asylum seekers in the municipality of Schaerbeek and support Mayor Cécile Jodogne in this process.
