نحن المغاربة الذين نعيش في الخارج نطلب أن يكون الاتفاق الذي تم توقيعه بالفعل بين المغرب وعدة دول أجنبية للتبادل الآلي للمعلومات المصرفية والممتلكات الشخصية ... نطالب بإلغائها وإلا ستكون هناك تداعيات مادية ونفسية كثيرة على جزء كبير من المغاربة الذين يعيشون في الخارج الذين شاركوا لسنوات في النمو وإثراء بلدنا الجميل ... ندعوكم إلى عدم الاستهانة بمطلبنا والاعتراف بأن هذه الاتفاقية كارثية بالنسبة لنا نحن المغاربة الذين نعيش في الخارج.

Nous demandons que l'accord déjà signé entre le Maroc et BEPS pour l'échange automatique d'informations bancaires personnelles ... Nous demandons qu'il soit annulé, sinon, il y aura trop de répercussions matérielles et psychologiques sur une grande partie des MRE qui depuis des années participent à la croissance et enrichissent notre beau pays ...
Nous vous invitons à ne pas sous-estimer notre demande et à reconnaître que cet accord est désastreux pour nous MRE ...
