Le projet de la société Terra 95, filiale du Groupe Paprec est d'installer sur 40 hectares dans un site remarquable du Parc Naturel Régional Oise - Pays de France :

- Une déchetterie
- Une plate-forme de traitement des terres polluées
- Un centre de stockage de déchets non dangereux
- Une carrière de sablon
- Une zone de stockage des sablons

- Il existe déjà une décharge à Bouqueval, ouvrir une décharge à Épinay-Champlâtreux ne se justifie pas.
- À noter que ce projet arrive en pleine révision du plan régional de gestion des déchets et ce plan ne prévoit pas de décharge.
- Le site est sur un corridor écologique, et au niveau environnemental, ce projet catastrophique va détruire un paysage remarquable.

Nous demandons purement et simplement au Préfet du Val d'Oise, l'arrêt de ce projet.
