Full text of the petition:
We do not ask for perfection, but for justice.
Too many citizens have seen their lives shattered by arbitrary decisions, endless delays, or inconsistent judgments.
A judicial error is not just a mistake: it is a life devastated, often in silence.
The tragedy is that most of these errors are never acknowledged.
They are suppressed by the fear of scandal, the solidarity of the profession, or the simple reflex of institutional self-protection.
When the state refuses to admit its faults, it loses the trust of its citizens.
When justice hides behind its authority instead of confronting the truth, it ceases to be just.
We are calling for the establishment of an independent citizen commission to examine judicial injustices, tasked with:
This commission must be able to operate with complete transparency, free from hierarchical and political influences.
It is time to restore the people's trust in justice — not through speeches, but through actions.
In the name of the forgotten innocents, in the name of the destroyed families, in the name of the people,
we call for a moral and democratic reform of French justice.
