Stop injustice: let's give mobility back to people with disabilities in Brussels!
STIB recently drastically reduced the budget allocated to PMR taxis, limiting access to only 60 trips per month for people with reduced mobility. This amounts to only one trip per day, sometimes less. And after? No more family visits, no more medical appointments, no more social life?
People with reduced mobility are not second-class citizens. They have the right, like everyone else, to move freely, to have an active, social and fulfilling life
.Today, we reject this regression and call for the immediate restoration of a decent budget for PMR trips. Mobility is freedom. And freedom is a fundamental right.
