Halte au génocide en kabylie

Petition / Reconizing hate speech: Genocide / Ethnocide by Said Ben Sdira Against Kabylian people. We the Undersigned make the following heartfelt declaration:
• Said Ben Sdira is an Algerian political man, who is living in London with refugee status, who’s drill serving the Algerian dictators, who’s living in Algerian territory.
• In April 20th 2021, He addressed himself to the Algerian authorities and to the Algerian people via his YouTube channel and explicitly called Algerian government and people to commit ethnocide by specified to kill 13 MILLIONS of Kabylian people whose actually fainting pacifically for their freedom, using chemical arms such acids and different harmful products.
• Said Ben Sdira speech’s is considered as a racist and running against United Kingdom law and human rights.
• Said Ben Sdira is a several and notorious repeat offender who is not at his first statement against British law, and Human rights.
• In the absence of an official denunciation of the Algerian authorities due to its systematic racism.
• The immoral, inhuman and degrading treatment inflicted on Kabylian by the Algerian government and behavior of Algerian Elites has never addressed. The intergenerational Arabic supremacist racist- mind-set which fueled the transatlantic traffic unenslaved Amazigh African.
• The lack of accountability by those responsible confirms the ongoing, global apartheid, anti Kabylian and Amazighophobic racism, which creates disproportionate detriment to the off spring of the millions of Amazigh and Kabylian, women, children and men that were stolen from Tamazgha and sale them such a slave in the golf Arabic.
• The Immoral and Illegal act and hate speech inflected on Kabylian against their will.
• We recognize that Said Ben Sdira’s speech as hateful and racist discourse and is described as a call to commit genocide /ethnocide by the State through its agencies of the police, armed forces, security and intelligence agencies and other organized as well as unorganized manifestation of structural systemic and institute unaliased racism of Algerian Arabic supremacist order and his global apartheid.
• Genocide as defined in article II of the United Nation Convention on the prevention and punishment of the crim of genocide.
• According to several human rights activists and some vigilant observers Said Bensdira has committed serious violations against the indigenous Kabyle people.
• As united Kingdom authorities, we urge you to react legally and initiate a preliminary investigation into the incitement to genocide / ethnocide and the systematic and widespread chemical attacks against Kabylian people possibly preparate by Algerian government. The Petition to achieve 100.000 signatures, in order to be considered by British authorities, to persecute him before to British justice taking all necessary procedures to pursuit and arrest him for right judgment

Nous soussignés faisons sincèrement la déclaration suivante : 


- Said Bensdira est un homme politique Algérien qui habite a Londres avec un statut de réfugié politique et qui est au service des dictateurs Algérien qui sont en Algérie. 
- Le 20 Avril 2021 il a adressé lui-même aux autorités Algérienne et au peuple Algérien via sa chaine YouTube où il a appelé explicitement le gouvernement Algérien ainsi que le peuple Algérien à commettre un génocide et ethnocide en précisant de tuer les kabyles, qui est une population de 13 millions. Ces derniers qui luttent aujourd'hui pour leur indépendance, ce Bensdira a évoqué dans son appel les armes qu'il compte utiliser  pour ce massacre tel que les armes chimiques dont l'acide et autres produits destructifs .
- la déclaration de Said Bensdira est considéré étant raciste et allant contre les lois du Royaume-Uni et les droits humains. 
- Said Bensdira récidive à plusieurs reprises sans être inquiété par les lois Britannique ni même par la ligue des droits humains au Royaume-Uni .
- En l'absence de dénonciation par les autorités Algérienne au égard leur racisme systématique  .
- Nous condamnons le traitement immoral, inhumain et dégradant, infligé à la population Kabyle par le gouvernement Algérien ainsi que la non réaction de l'Elite politique Algérienne . 

Nous vous demandons de veiller à ce que les 50.000 signatures soient atteintes pour que cette pétition soit prise en considération.
