The petition
Dear Boomers The BOOM festival that we love so much has betrayed us. Yes the love spirit is important and the resale of tickets at full price is reprehensible! But we boomers who try to resell our places on a platform that does not work for several days where it was impossible to buy a place.Whose system is not fair because it is not in tail systems.Even more unfair we cannot pay to change names or give up our seats to relatives. We have all multiplied the contacts with the organization which either sent us a standard message or did not answer. The BOOM wants us to wait until the end of the festival to close the ticket resale so as not to compensate us! A SHAME ! WE WANT TO BE REIMBURSED BECAUSE YOUR SYSTEM IS FAULTY, UNSUITABLE AND WITHOUT MAINTENANCE!
Injustice must stop!The BOOM organization owes us a refund.
If everyone were free to resell their ticket, to take out cancellation insurance, we wouldn't be there! RESPECTING YOUR AUDIENCE IS IMPORTANT, RECOGNIZING ITS WRITS AND THE MOST BEAUTIFUL THANK YOU FOR YOUR AUDIENCE.

Boom organization told me to buy another ticket and sell the first ticket with the wrong name. In the end I paid both and could not sell the first one.
