Many Brawl Stars players have found themselves with negative gems after refunding purchases like the Brawl Pass. We believe that these players deserve a second chance, and we are asking Supercell to allow them to regain their lost gems.
Why Should Players Get Their Gems Back?
1. Lack of Awareness About the ConsequencesMost players did not know that refunding a purchase, such as the Brawl Pass, would put their account in negative gems. There was no clear warning explaining that this would happen. Many players only realized the consequences after it was too late.

2. Brawl Pass Should Not Have Been RefundableThe Brawl Pass gives instant rewards, such as gems, skins, and progression boosts. When players refunded it, they had already used some of these rewards, making it difficult for Supercell to take them back properly. If the Brawl Pass was never meant to be refunded, then refunds should have been blocked in the first place.

3. Unfair Punishment for a Simple MistakePlayers who refunded their Brawl Pass or other purchases were not trying to cheat the system. Many of them simply wanted their money back for various reasons and did not expect their gems to go negative. Some of these players can no longer buy anything in the shop because they are stuck with negative gems.
