Sabuecedo, in Galicia, Spain.
Every first week-end of July, takes place the « Rapa das Betas ».
La rapa das betas de Sabucedo is ranked as a national tourist festival since 1963. The tradition exists since the 16th Century and is one of the most famous in Galicia.
“Some men are running after wild horses and drop them on the floor to cut their hairs” according to RT France.
Can we grow up and estimate that this tradition is nothing but silly?
Where is the real pleasure when you hurt innocent creatures?
And above all, what are people winning in doing such things?
If you are more curious, you can watch this video.
