In Yulin, China, every year, tens of thousands of dogs and cats are massacred and consumed during a major festival. Once
again this year, local associations estimate that 40,000 dogs and 10,000 cats will suffer and be put to death to end up on the plates.
International mobilization is growing and all over the world, petitions are multiplying, clearly showing that it is time to put an end to this cruel event!
We, French citizens, call for an end to the massacre of dogs and cats during the Yulin Festival.
We, French citizens, cannot guarantee that China murders those who are the same companions here or there. Dogs and cats don't belong on a plate but in a home... There begins the respect to which all animals are entitled, whatever they are!
Listen to the international community, listen to France: stop the massacre at the Yulin Festival!
