Dear Minister of Justice Rep.of Azerbajian.
We are 2021 corruption and mesmagement means that the MONEY allocated from the budget to solve the STRAYDOGS overpopulation is not used for its intented purpose. More over the Executive authorities here people to shoot in large numbers at night.All straydogs even those were alreidy caught,neuterd,vaccineted and identified by local volunteers,are caught by "TOPLAN ANIMAL CENTER" and sentened to death -is now "death camp" The gov.is not capable of handling the task as they have only archived shame on the country and death of THOUSANDS OF INNOCENT SOULS;Declare the status and role of MUBARIZ HUSEYNOV the main anti he for the protection movement of Azerbajian at "the TOPLAN CENTER". SHAME ON YOU SHAME ON THEM.

Cher ministre de la Justice, représentant d'Azerbajian.Nous sommes en 2021 et la corruption ne permet pas à l'ARGENT alloué au budget pour résoudre la surpopulation de chiens errants d'être utilisée aux fins prévues.
